Introduction：BZ Series Hi-gee Rotating Zigzag Bed (RZB) is a kind of new-type high-efficiency rectification equipment, which was invented by Institute of Separation Engineering, Zhejiang University of Technology, and manufactured by Hangzhou Ke-li Chemical Industry Equipment Co., Ltd. It’s the first time that Hi-gee technology was applied to the process of continuous rectification during the industrial production. RZB consists of mono- or multi- high-speed rotors. Gas and liquid flow zigzag through the rotors counter-currently and carry out mass transfer. RZB of 1.2 meters high can achieve the separation ability of 15 meters high traditional rectification tower can, which is a major breakthrough for traditional plate and packed column. Appraised by the national-level expert group, RZB has reached the international advanced level. Application：Hi-gee RZB has been widely used in the recovery of organic solvents, separation and purification.
